I’ve been there.

I spent years honing my craft and learning from the best. When I went out on my own in 2009 I actually hit the ground running.

I’d been living in Australia for a number of years and knew a lot of people, so getting business from referrals came easy.

Then my partner and I decided to come home to Canada.

I’d been out of the country for over 8 years. I started reconnecting with old colleagues and friends and slowly started getting business. And when I say slowly...I mean slooooowwwly.

I quickly realized that relying on referrals as our main source of business wasn’t going to cut it anymore and I needed to start practicing what I was selling.

I needed to find an effective way to market my business in a very crowded industry.

How do I get started?

The first step is to set up a free, one hour strategy call with us. During this call we'll get to know each other a bit better to see if we're a good fit to work together. We'll cover some of the key issues you're facing in your business and discuss where it is you want to get to.

What's the Strategy Intensive?

This is a deep dive into your business followed up with a marketing strategy blueprint. This process involves 3-4 meetings of 60-90 minutes each. We typically run these meetings online over a 2-3 week period depending on your availability. By the end you'll have clarity about your business and a plan for moving forward.

Do I need a niche?

No. You can continue to throw money away trying to reach everyone.

I know what I want. Can I skip the Strategy Intensive?

While you know your business best, the Strategy Intensive is a tested, structured process that enables us to really understand your business, your customers and your competitive space. We ask questions you might not have thought about and find many of our clients learn something as well. It's a core part of our process, and vital to a successful outcome and strategy.
